DESHAE BETTS
IFBB Pro, Owner & Head Trainer
Deshae' is head of the transformation coaching team! Deshae' has a passion for designing gym programs that are appropriate to a client's age, body type, and fitness goals. These programs will maximize workout efficiency, improve fitness levels, increase stamina and develop an overall sense of wellbeing.
With years of education and experience In Nutrition and Fitness, being a Fitness Competitor and a working Mom, Deshae' has mastered how to turn healthy habits into a lifestyle change! Deshae' has multiple certifications in fitness and wellness and has a motivated drive to apply education and enthusiasm in supporting her staff and their clients in their Total Body Transformation Journey!
AMY VANDYCK
Personal Trainer
Amy's passion is to see her clients find and achieve success in their individual health/fitness goals. As a Personal Trainer and an Individual Design Coach, she wants to bring understanding and awareness to each client's exercise, nutrition, & lifestyle. Amy notes, "My love is seeing clients grow not only physically, but also mentally by creating habits for a lifetime!"
No stranger to physical fitness —Amy has been a gymnast, cheerleader, and CrossFit competitor. That love of fitness continued to grow when she started CrossFit 15 years ago. She was a competitive masters athlete in both CrossFit and USAW Olympic weightlifting. For the past 13 years, Amy has been a personal trainer while also coaching group classes. The last two years has been dedicated to creating program design for inhouse and remote clients. As a mom of 3 and the recent addition of her first grandchild, she has moved back to the Kansas City area where her roots began and is beyond excited to be a part of the Total Body Fitness Team.

Tamiah's passion is to help and lead people in the right direction to a healthy and fit lifestyle. As someone who struggled to gain any type of weight growing up, Tamiah has overcame that struggle by putting hard work and consistency into the gym.
Tamiah began her fitness journey 4 years ago and the love of fitness continues to grow. You may have seen this familiar face in Total Body Fitness in the evenings after work! Tamiah brings knowledge and experience to optimize your training sessions, so you don't have to worry about a thing.
MALACHI SHAW
Personal Trainer
Malachi has a passion for helping others achieve the healthy fit lifestyle everyone desires. He remembers his first time in a gym — that's the moment he discovered a passion for lifting and saw working out as more than just lifting weights. He realized it could be used as an outlet to help relieve all things stressful! Finding his way into the gym helped him quickly shift his lifestyle in the right direction.
Malachi has education through his certifications and a year of training under his belt. On top of that, he played sports throughout high school and was blessed enough to play football up to the collegiate level, picking up a lot of strength knowledge and experience along the way.
Malachi is excited to continue impacting people's lives and helping them reach those amazing transformations many think aren't possible!
JASON COSTANZO

Jason has a profound passion for fitness and an unwavering commitment to empowering clients to reach their unique goals such as building strength, enhancing endurance, or embracing a healthier lifestyle. He approaches every session with the utmost professionalism, meticulously adapting exercise programs to align with individual needs, fitness levels, and life demands for safe, sustainable results.
As a Christian, loving husband, and proud dad to three lively kids, Jason gets his drive from his faith and family to build balance, strength, and happiness in everyday life. This background pushes him to do more than just train bodies—he also lifts spirits and helps people gain real, lasting confidence.
HANNAH STEEBY
Personal Trainer
Hannah is a current Women's Physique competitor for the NPC Confederation. Her passion of competition first started with softball soon leading into the fitness industry. The former college athlete went on to compete in Crossfit for over 5 years then transitioned into bodybuilding. Hannah's passion for helping others attain life long results and success is forefront.
A bachelors in Health and Human Performance and a Masters of Health Sciences and Coaching has led her to become a trainer/coach/mentor that truly devotes herself to this world of serving others and helping. Whether it be sport specific modalities, group classes, or 1:1 sessions Hannah has had over 7 years of experience. The most important thing Hannah preaches is that, each day we will get 1% better.
