Total Body Fitness is an unstaffed facility, so there is no front-desk greeter at any hour; the entire gym is monitored by 24/7 security cameras and keycard-only entry. You can train any time that fits your schedule — early mornings, late nights, weekends, or holidays.

What equipment does Total Body Fitness have?

Our facility includes a full free-weight section with Olympic barbells, dumbbells (up to 80+ lbs), kettlebells, EZ-curl bars, and a complete plate selection. Strength equipment includes Hammer Strength, LifeFitness, and Cybex selectorized machines, multiple power racks, deadlift platforms, dual adjustable pulleys, and cable crossover machines. Cardio includes treadmills, StairMasters, Rogue Assault Bikes, a lateral trainer, upright and recumbent bikes, ellipticals, and rowers. Functional training includes a Synrgy 360 LifeFitness system, TRX, battle ropes, plyo boxes, and sleds.

Does Total Body Fitness have an infrared sauna?

Yes. We have a Sunlighten infrared sauna included with every membership tier at no extra cost. Infrared sauna sessions support post-workout recovery, reduce muscle soreness, and can burn up to 600 calories per session.

Do you have a posing room for bodybuilding competition prep?

Yes. Total Body Fitness has a dedicated professional posing room with 360-degree mirror coverage and professional stage lighting — purpose-built for NPC and IFBB competition prep. It's available for member use and for private coaching sessions with our competition coaches.

Is parking free at Total Body Fitness?

Yes, on-site parking at 3680 NE Akin Dr is free for all members and guests.

Are there showers and locker rooms?

Yes. The facility has separate men's and women's locker rooms plus a shower room and private bathrooms, so you can train and head straight to work or your next stop without going home first. Members are advised to bring their own lock.
