How much does personal training cost at Total Body Fitness?

Personal training ranges from $40-$85 per session depending on trainer level, session type, and package size. Master Trainers are $75-$85/session, Elite Trainers are $55-$70/session, and Tandem (partner) training starts at $40-$45 per person per session. Larger packages offer better per-session rates.

Do I need a gym membership to use personal training?

Yes, all personal training clients need an active gym membership at Total Body Fitness. This gives you 24/7 access to train on your own between sessions.

What's included in a personal training session?

Each session includes one-on-one coaching with form correction, a customized workout plan, progress tracking with our InBody machine, and access to our Custom Total Body Fitness App for tracking and messaging your trainer.

Can I train with a partner?

Yes — we offer tandem training for $40-$45 per person per session. Train with family or friends while still getting personalized attention.
