Can I try the gym before committing to a membership?

Absolutely! We offer a one-time $1 trial that gives you full 24-hour access to try out our facility, equipment, and atmosphere before joining.

What's included with personal training sessions?

Personal training includes one-on-one sessions with certified trainers, customized workout plans, form correction, progress tracking, and ongoing support between sessions.

What's your cancellation policy?

We offer memberships at lower rates that require a commitment and are not cancellable. We also offer month-to-month memberships that can be cancelled at any time with no hassle.

Can I bring guests to the gym?

Yes! We offer a Companion Pass for $20/month that lets you bring one guest with you each day. It can be a different person each day. The Companion Pass can be added or cancelled at any time with no commitment.

What are your hours?

Do I need to be in shape to join?
