How do I know if I'm eligible?

Check with your health insurance provider or employer to see if your plan includes Active&Fit, Silver&Fit, or Renew Active benefits. For Renew Active members, visit the Healthy Contributions portal at portal.healthycontributions.com to check your eligibility. You can also email us at info@totalbodyfitnesskc.com or call (816) 403-4910 and we'll help you verify your eligibility.

What do I need to bring to sign up?

Bring a valid photo ID and your insurance membership card or member ID number. We'll verify your eligibility and get you set up with 24/7 gym access.

Can I add family members to my insurance membership?

Insurance fitness programs typically cover the individual member only. Family members may need their own qualifying health plan or can sign up for one of our regular membership options.

What amenities are included with insurance memberships?

Insurance program members receive the same great benefits as our regular members: 24/7 gym access, infrared sauna, full equipment access, and use of our professional posing room.

Is there a cost to me with insurance programs?

Costs vary by program and health plan. Some plans cover gym membership at no additional cost, while others may have a small monthly fee. Contact your insurance provider for specific details about your plan.

Can I use personal training with my insurance membership?

Yes! Personal training is available as an add-on to any membership type. Ask about our personal training packages when you sign up.

How do I access Renew Active benefits?

Renew Active members can check eligibility and access their benefits through the Healthy Contributions portal at portal.healthycontributions.com. The program includes gym access, brain health resources through AARP® Staying Sharp®, and access to fitness classes. Once registered, bring your confirmation code or member ID to our gym to get started.
