By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Total Body Fitness, you consent to receive automated text messages to the mobile number you provided. These messages are designed to help you stay connected with your gym membership and facility.
We send the following types of informational messages:
Expected Frequency: Approximately 2 to 8 messages per month. Message frequency may vary based on your account activity, payment schedule, and facility operations. You may receive more messages during your first month as we provide onboarding information.
No Charge from Total Body Fitness: We do not charge you for SMS messages.
Carrier Rates May Apply: Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile phone plan. Please check with your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply to each message sent or received.
You can stop receiving text messages at any time by using one of these methods:
Text "STOP" to Opt-Out
Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us, and you will be immediately unsubscribed from future messages. You will receive one final confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed.

Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier network availability and your service plan.
Opting in to receive text messages is completely optional. You do not need to consent to SMS messaging as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Total Body Fitness. You can be a member and use our facilities without subscribing to text messages.
Your mobile phone number and text message interactions are subject to our Privacy Policy. We will not share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
